Prime Time

'89 stand as one of their best years IMO, this is an excellent example. Great, zippy, dancing fuel...
No rehab needed at this point... if you dont like it... you were either born too early, or too late...

Take it from someone who was there...

Of the 168 Grateful Dead shows I attended, I've never felt compelled to have these particular ones in my collection, and I have an ENORMOUS collection. Unlike the Summer and Fall, Spring of '89 just wasn't that remarkable, and Pittsburg was barely average at best. Not much inspiration in their playing. Mediocre sound quality. Hell, I even taped these shows with really good equipment and almost never listened to them. There's so many WAY BETTER shows out there to choose from. This offering is cool if you'd simply enjoy a nice walk down memory lane.

Incredible pick

I have heard many different live shows over the years and this is GREAT! Love the life and jammin feel that is comin from the guys. Fantastic choice of shows!!!!It will get any wheel turning:)
