The music is great - time goes by really fast when I run with this progam on my ipod. It's based on time and not miles, so anyone can do it. The program is also fairly inexpensive.

Very good value

I am so glad that I decided to use this program. I am about half-way through the training program and really enjoying it. The coaching instructions are great and the music is great. I've tried other training schedules but couldn't really stick with them. This makes it so much easier and enjoyable to train. Thanks for making this!
