Alright, these guys rock. I heard about them on Hi My Name Is Mark (best podcast ever, run by the best guy ever). One day I got their album title stuck in my head because I was thinking about the podcast (Seriously. How do you get more catchy than "We're Up To No Good, We're Up To No Good?"). I decided to check out their stuff. Alright. They're weird. I'm just gonna straight up say that right now. They're very weird. That isn't a bad thing (though sometimes it is). In Rory's case, this is a very good thing. They're very quirky and, at times, random (The middle section of "Hey, Pt. 1, 2 & 4" is about ants stealing food from a picnic. Though the entire song is about going insane...). They're one of the last few original bands out there. You can listen to these guys and not think "Wait... haven't I already heard this?" or "This is just like every other band out there..." Bottom line: Buy the album. It'll take a few listens to get used to since they're unique, but once you do, you can't help but love them.

I have been waiting for the album to come out! It is really awesome. i definitely recommend this. Rory has a really unique sound and is great to listen to. Deja vu room is one of my favorites! Plus my cousin is in the band!!

You'll be Pleasantly surprised

Don't be deceived into thinking that Rory is just another punk/alt. band. This album delivers a memorable and proficient variety of sounds (as is becoming common on One-Eleven releases) that fans of the genre will enjoy. Recommend "It's On Senor...Go", "Hey, Pt. 1, 2, &4", and "Kind of Like..." for anyone wanting to see for themselves. A definite crowd-pleaser.
