Album Review

Mint Condition's third album, Definition of a Band is the smoothest effort yet from the swingbeat group. Again, lead singer Stokley Williams steals the show with his surging, passionate vocals, which are so affecting that you often wish that the songwriting was more distinguished, along the lines of the hit single "What Kind of Man Would I Be."

The Most Complete Band on the Planet!

This is another classic disc from Stokley & Co. You don't have to hurt no more, and Let me love you are two all time great R&B hits. It was Meant to be Mint.

As we get older, our taste in things are supposed to change. I must admit my taste in music hasn't "changed" at all but has grown. As a teenager I enjoyed music such as this from Mint Condition and I am very proud to know I've grown to love their music even more. Unfortunately the radio/music industry is now embracing high lustre, throwaway pop ditties all across the genre board. Mint Condition represents music that is timeless and will stay in the hearts and minds of people who truly appreciate great musicianship. I won't go into detail about the album itself but you've GOT to get this album if you do choose to pick one MInt album. Pick this one.

The Best Mint Album
