iTunes Review

Covering the decade that began with Janet’s breakthrough, Control, this is a mesmerizing roundup of the pop princess' career-defining hits. The slinky but fierce "What Have You Done for Me Lately" and the punchy, hip-swinging "Nasty" showcase Ms. Jackson's feisty side. In addition to the playful, Latin-tinged pop of "Escapade," the hard-rocking "Black Cat," and the dance-floor manifesto "Rhythm Nation," Design of a Decade also includes two exclusive tracks: the worldbeat-influenced "Runaway" and the soulful slow jam "Twenty Foreplay."

A legend!

Janet proves time and time again with these songs that she is a living legend. While some haters out there dismiss her music as fluffy and mumbling, you can't take away that she's had twenty years of hit music. This puts her in a class of Bon Jovi, Whitney, and Madonna. Given that fact alone, it's worth the purchase! Listen to the songs, and it's evident that these are classics!

Adrian G. has no clue

Adrian G. is an idiot. This album is amazing. She doesn't "whisper" on all of the tracks. One listen to What Have You Done for Me Lately or The Pleasure Principle will tell you. I recommend the whole thing, although making "Runaway" and "Twenty Foreplay" album-only is cheap.

Its about time

Janet at her best wow!!! thanks itunes
