...[A] moody, insouciant, postmodernist approach to R&B...At times tongue-in-cheek, other times arch and aloof, it never fails because there's always a hook or lyrical play (a good example is the opener "I Think She Likes Me") that stays with you...They pull a fast one and cover Blood Ulmer's "Where Did All the Girls Come From?"
