Not totally horrible, but I'm really not one to say as I'm not a die-hard Misfits fan. What I will say is this: while Backyard Babies' cover of Teenagers from Mars is passable, The Network's is better. If you listen to it you should keep in mind the style of that band. Otherwise it's cool. This album though, eh. Seriously, who really listens to tribute albums when you can buy the originals? Covers are only meant for shows and they're usually a song everyone knows. So "tribute" albums are pointless.
One Good Song
The only good song on this album is "Hollywood Babylon" by Entombed. It's so heavy and brutal. It's an excellent cover. I'm a little disappointed because I'm a huge Misfits/Samhain/Danzig fan. This album let me down. You're better off downloading A Violent World: Tribute to the Misfits. That album has a lot pf punk rock bands doing Misfits tunes. It's worth buying.
The only possible word for this is "bad."
