Good Early Work

I'm a big Paxton fan. There are some tracks on this album that I hadn't heard before but I love such as Daily News (scary how current the song is -- I guess the conservative agenda hasn't changed much. If he sang about this about FOX news, it would be similar).

The Good Old Daze

What a great album. Brings back memories of the good times when I would listen to Tom Paxton at the "Blue Dog Cellar" in Baltimore in the mid 60's. These are songs that hold up well over time. Love songs like "The Last Thing On My Mind " and "My Lady's a Wild Flying Dove" are true gems. And his children's songs, "Goin' to the Zoo" and "The Marvelous Toy" will bring a smile to anyones face. A wonderful collection of songs. Sit back, relax and give this album a listen.

But like Dylan and Ochs, and unlike...
