Loved It

This is the best CD that nobody has ever heard of.

Decent Stuff

A bit like a hybrid of Phoenix/Flight of the Conchords/The Kinks. Tracks are diverse but still retain pop form. Not memorable but enjoyable ear candy. Kind of like a good read at the beach you can't remember a month later.


Big fan of Small Sins last two albums. Downloaded their latest release on Friday and listened to it a few times over the weekend. Not nearly as good. I applaud their effort for putting out an album that sounds different but I like the old stuff.

Originally called the Ladies and Gentlemen, Small Sins were initially a solo project for Thomas d'Arcy, conceived as a way to guide him back to the music he truly wanted to write after his old group, the Carnations, broke up.
