this album is like heroin

i’ve listened to the entire album in order from tracks 1-16 more times than i can imagine. the transitioning from each and every song is so smooth and completely unified. as a precious DJ, i can greatly appreciate this. it feels as if you’re listening to one large song because of how well the songs flow together. even if you listen to it on shuffle, the tracks still seem to be connected and it’s just beautiful. you can see and feel how much of himself he’s put into this album. there are so many different emotions occurring within me as i listen to each song; erraticism, vulnerability, sadness, hope, desperation and such a wide variety of other emotions. i cannot explain crywolf’s music; he is his own genre. you must hear it and get the full experience for yourself. whatever it is you feel when you hear this album may leave you wanting more; i’ve been hooked since day one.

my top 5 tracks:
astheosis [here’s the lullaby you made me promise not to write]
quixote [i am alone, and they are everyone]

Just amazing.

I love Justin and how much he pours out everything into his songs. You can really tell and it just does something to you.

Absolutely Amazing!

From the lows of [it was broken before I got here] that Crywolf is known to express, to the house feel of FOREIGN TONGUES that proves his experience in electric dance, this album has it all! The way that one song seamlessly flows into the next wraps the album into a pretty bow with deep emotions going into the next song. widow is well worth the 2 years it took to get here.
