A Happier Jóhann.

I am an Avid Jóhann fan, listening to and absorbing his music daily. I love that his music is Moody and full of Angst, because I am too. I have listened to him passively and aggressively while I was lounging and working, and this work is one of the more industrious offerings from him making it very easy to work or be creative too. He puts the whole orchestra thru it's paces while coming off light and cheerful. There are minor key moments but they are handled with suspense rather than sorrow. I have played this album for several people and around kids often. My best mate works with brain injury patients and he said this is one of his go-to CDs for everything from therapy sessions to travel time in a van. One guy liked it so much, my mate bought a copy for him. This is NOT one of Jóhann's usual Lush, slow building, digital noise laden masterpieces, instead we get lots of bright piano and plucky stringed instruments playing more like animation accompaniment that a movie score. Don't let the short track time put you off... it feels, plays and flows like 1 long piece.
