Anna Russell-Encore ?
In order to appreciate Anna Russell's humor, you have to know something about classical music as well as opera. Her droll sense of humor can provoke everything from chuckles to belly laughs. Perhaps it's only for those of us who can laugh at her poking fun at us serious classical music types. This is only one of her gems.
I have loved Anna Russell for many years. Her witty send-ups of classical music are both smart and hilarious. It does take someone who is familiar with classical music to fully appreciate her humor. Listening to her is nowhere near seeing her in person... nonetheless, you will find her truly entertaining. I absolutely love "How to Enjoy Your Bagpipe."
