Warning: This is not a Trans-Siberian Orchestra production. It is, however, the worst production I have ever heard in my life. What you are hearing are keyboard sounds of a piano. Worst than that- they aren't performances! They are quantized MIDI triggered sounds coming from a computer which is why the music doesn't sound emotional, and instead comes off sounding terrible. For instance- there is no tone nor volume difference between soft and loud sections, and the trills sound like distant machine guns. I am shocked that such an album would ever be released- and whoever did this knows how embarrassing it is because they didn't even credit themselves (or they didn't want to get sued). Copycat Records is obviously trying to sell you the idea that this is a TSO album due to using TSO's name and by having the artwork appear identical to other TSO releases. I checked the TSO website and noticed that they don't mention this album under their discography link. If you are still interested in buying, make sure you check out all the samples first!

I love TSO and I'm an avid pianist, but some songs just sound better with a fuller sound. Most TSO songs sound better with the guitar. This album is a perfect example of this... good effort by the TSO... love that they're trying to attract pianists, but I think they should just stick to the original stuff. This isn't the best album to buy, but I definitely recommend the original TSO albums... just check the most popular songs of TSO and there ya go!

Expression please!

I have played the piano for ten years and love TSO. I have always been a firm believer that if played correctly, a piano can recreate in a sense the orchestral feel. This doesn't. Simply put. It sounds like a really bad piano arrangement.
