Mona in Maine!!!!
I am so happy that I can still be sharing my practice with Mona even though I moved to Maine!!!
I'm a huge fan of Mona's, and love taking her classes as they end with her magical voice leading you into yogic sleep. Now I can have her in my living room. This practice gives you the equivalent of ~4 hours of sleep if you're sleep deprived, and helps you to totally relax into sleep if you just need that. Either way, you will end up feeling rested, revived and with a clear mind.
