"You Know That I'm No Good"
This seems familiar.
Maybe because of the J.White produced Loretta Lynn album (which i love), but this Wanda Jackson release is truly amazing. One can only hope that Mr. White will dig and find more rockabilly artist to work with. The time shift towards the end of the song gives off a smokey overtone of being "no good".
I love it.
Add another notch on the post for the one true musical genius of our time.

So good, you'll explode.

I fell in love with Wanda Jackson years ago, and these songs are AMAZING. I'm practically shaking in anticipation of a full length album. Another amazing piece of great music from Third Man Records.

No good?....No way!

Wanda is a classic...always! With a career spanning over 50 years, she now adds another notch to her guitar strap by working with Jack White. I've loved Wanda for years and I am a huge Amy Winehouse fan so this combination is right up my alley. The cover of the Johnny Kidd and the Pirates / The Guess Who's "Shakin' All Over" is also fantastic. A full-length project would be amazing. You go Wanda...ROCK ON - as you always do! By the way, these tracks sound even better on vinyl!
