One for the bedroom...

It's simple really. This album doesn't try to be Portishead but it instead compliments it. There are a select few albums that are taylor made for that room of the house, if you know what I mean. Fittingly, "Extra Virgin" came out in the era of the 5 disc carousel and I remember being 20 years old single and when it was time for mood music this album more than held it's own with "Dummy", "Mono", NIN, and Depeche Mode. ::Dusts off album::

Great!!!

This music is great if you love house, it kind of sounds like Ace of Base but modern. Also their more recent album Trickle is much better. It’s not on iTunes, but you should check it out. If you like this music you will LOVE Trickle. Go for it, check it out, Google it, come on you know you want to. :-)...

Chill, Understated, Beautiful.

I really love this record, start to finish. The soundscapes are full of space and nuance - graceful, never clumsy. While squarely an electronica record, it manages to remain organic, and not plastic. Way ahead of its time. Perfect for road trips. Lovely. Distinct vocals by Ruth-Ann Boyle. Reminds me of 'Walking Wounded' by Everything but the Girl. Enjoy!
