Description

Antioxidants are nature's preventive medicines: they lower the levels of free radicals (waste products of normal body activities). Free radicals damage cells, resulting in cardiovascular and inflammatory diseases and cancers.
Antioxidants include vitamins A, C and E and minerals selenium and zinc. Count, track, chart and control these antioxidants in your diet. Use the count and organiser tools to keep a record and bar chart illustrations of your daily intake in terms of %RDA (Adult Daily Recommended Dietary Allowance) provided by 250 heart healthy foods, 55 popular "not heart healthy" foods, and foods you choose to add to the counter in the quantities you’ve eaten.
These beautifully designed healthy diet tools with around 200 photos also provides essential nutritional knowledge for a heart healthy diet and 250 heart healthy foods (including heart-healthy scores).
Touch “Count” on the top menu bar, select the date, set the gender icon, then follow instructions to select foods from the 250 heart healthy and 55 "not heart healthy" foods listed and/or add in foods with their vitamin A, C, E, selenium or zinc content using the edit tool.
The interface is easy, quick, and intuitive to navigate, colour-coded, searchable, and zoomable using the pinch screen function. Viewable in landscape and portrait.
