Use the count and organiser tools to keep a daily record and bar charts in %RDA (Adult Daily Recommended Dietary Allowance) provided by 250 heart healthy foods, 55 popular "not heart healthy" foods, and foods you choose to add to the counter in the quantities you’ve eaten.
These beautifully designed standalone (no Internet required) healthy diet tools with around 200 photos each also provide essential nutritional knowledge for a heart healthy diet and 250 heart healthy foods (including heart-healthy scores).
Touch “Count” on the top menu bar, select the date, set the gender icon, then follow instructions to select foods from the 250 heart healthy and 55 "not heart healthy" foods listed and/or add in foods with their nutrient content using the edit tool.
The interfaces are easy, quick, and intuitive to navigate, colour-coded, searchable, and zoomable using the pinch screen function. Viewable in landscape and portrait.
