issue and can’t reach anyone in customer service
I bought the dream suite, which includes Sharon’s voice. I transferred it from my Mac book to my son’s iPad (too bad can’t use it on Mac book?) and when I try to use bookstore.org on the ipad, voice dream is requiring me to buy Sharon’s voice as an in-app purchase. I was hoping to use this voice - my son really dislikes the more robotic sounding ones - since I’ve heard it’s better, but pay for it yet again - really? please help! I’ve sent you two emails - and haven’t received a response to either.
Excellent deal deserves more than 5 stars
I am not a very big fan of Sharon's voice I prefer "Salli"...and I actually like the voice for Joey more than James
Even though two voices that come with the suite are not my favorite this still deserves five stars because the apps are so fantastic!
Really sad I couldn't get this to work
I tried so many things. I wanted this to be able to read web articles to me, but almost every page I tried to convert to text through the app, it would not work. Saving as pdf, too large. Saving through it's own browser, nope. Adding the Javascript line in to convert, nope. Saving in dropbox, I get a weird half-page. I tried it both my iPhone 6+ with ios 10 and an ipad air 2. I'm finally giving up and requesting a refund. : ((
