一位資深治療師會引導你做一個身心鬆弛的練習。
3)「心晴日記」
這日記讓你記錄每一天的心情,令你更了解自己心情的變化。與此同時,這日記運用「正向心理學」的慨念,鼓勵你用文字、音樂及相片去記錄每天令你開心的人和事。
4)「處理壓力基本法」
資深臨床心理學家及精神科醫生為你提供處理壓力的各種貼士。

It does help a bit

This app explains something about stress and depression. It comes with a little quiz which I think its simple and help ppl to general have an idea about how stressful they are. The part i like the more in this app is the little practice that helps you to relax. It actually helps me to fall asleep as I always have a hard time to relax before I go to bed. The con is that this practice keeps running even the practice is done and the music goes on until u leave the app. Which can cause the battery dies if u forget to charge ur phone before sleep.
