... and then it rained is a minimalist arcade game as well as an acoustic and visual experience.
Set in an abstract world, you have to catch colored and different sounding rain drops by dragging and reordering matching towers, resulting in a rhythmic and nearly meditative world of sounds and colors.
The gameplay is optimized for mobile devices: It's simple at the beginning with intuitive one-finger-controls, but later levels require fast thinking and good reaction times.
Different game modes let you decide whether you want the game to be a relaxing, Zenlike experience or a swift and difficult challenge.

Interesting concept...empty gameplay
Of all the colors of the rainbow, you picked gray rather than orange? It's pretty difficult to distinguish between the very lightly shaded gray, and the white color when in a hurry.
The game is an interesting concept, and the sounds are quite peaceful, but there's nothing to the gameplay outside of moving colored columns around to catch drops. Eventually it feels dull, empty, and repetitive...
Game runs very smoothly however, and the sounds are integrated very nicely. Other than that, once you've picked up the gameplay mechanics, there's not much incentive to keep playing, unless you just happen to really like these game types.
Cool style but not that great
Interesting idea but the grey and white are hard to tell apart which makes it nearly impossible to play.
Fun and challenging
I love this game. It's fun, challenging, and sounds beautifully!!
