I can't even get in to sign up first it tells me my password doesn't match I got over that hurdle now I've reached security question set up on this idiotic app and it keeps Tell me confirmation answers didn't match which they did, then I get pass that step and I'm stuck being told user already exist, How An this is my first time setting up the app. An when I use my desktop to sign in to check my balance I use my card number and password I created. Technical support needs to fix this how can I enjoy digital coupons An when you call customer service all they want to do is a password rest How?? I'm just going to delete this headache

If you have already set up your online account on the web you should use the same username and password on the mobile app. There is no need to register your account on the mobile app if you have already registered online. Keep in mind that Temporary Cardholders do not have access to the mobile app. It is only available for personalized cardholders.
HELP! What happened?
Until last week I was able to use this app without any trouble. Then last week I went in and I get a balance but no transaction history. Called support then suggested I delete and reinstall. Did this but now when I attempt to sign on I get an error message saying "the network connection has been lost." I have a screen shot but don't know how to upload it to this message.
Any clues what I can do about this as I need to know exactly who I'm making payments to. I keep getting notices about payments without the card being presented but sometimes I don't recognize the amount so I need the vendor name.
Wish this app worked
I have been trying for over 2 hours to get this set up, I first tried logging in with my on line info, it said no user found so then I do a new user with my same account info it tells me I’d already taken so I try relogging in same thing I don’t exsist, so I tried some off the wall combination and still I’d already exsist, I called the card company they said to delete the app and re down load same thing nothing changed, if you guys could get this fixed for some one like me it would be a god send
