This app counts down for you, and flashes when to switch sides. It also lets you control schedule frequency.
I would like to see more exercises added, perhaps in the paid version, which I bought because I like this app and the related air stretch.
I've recently discovered this app, and it's improved my attitude at work tremendously. Who knew taking small amounts of time throughout the day to stretch could do such good things?!?
Promising but buggy
Exercises are adapted to office environment but I can't setup office hours. Every time, I try to, the app closes. So it sends me reminders even during night.
