No New Age, Just Mind Training

I also use headspace and I love the both apps equally, but this has a charming component which is Dan Harris interviewing meditation teachers and asking the kind of questions normal people would ask. He plays as a stand in for us, and the conversations they have are really smart. I also use this app every day for ten minutes because I set a reminder every day at 7pm.
It has been helpful with some crippling anxiety. Try out the starter pack. It’s really straightforward.

Great Introduction to Meditation

I have been meditating for several years. But, I really enjoyed this back to basics introduction. I believe that this course covers the fundamentals well

Great meditations

Love the courses and meditations. Very helpful and not woo-woo at all.

Some meditations wouldn't play, but they had a work around and then fixed it. Their tech support was very responsive.
