With this fitness app, you can ideally train your body. In the full body anatomy view, pick a muscle group, you want to train and you're instantly presented the appropriate exercises.
Detailed step-by-step instructions guide you through the various exercises of your selected muscle group.
Of course, the individual pictures are zoomable.
Build a six pack? No problem! Train your pecs? Just tap the pectoral muscles and you're ready to go. Strengthen your back muscles? Turn the full body view round with an elegant tap and chose the back muscles, you want to work on.
With a total of 117 exercises, training a perfect body is as easy as never before.
What's New in Version 1.2
Even though this is a pay app, it still has annoying ads. The first one pops up when you start up the app! The muscle groups you can select are only gross groups such as abs, glutes, quads, etc. and the exercises shown are pretty basic. If you work out, they're nothing you didn't already know such as doing squats to work your glutes. And, after you display the exercises for the first muscle group you pick, when you try to pick a different muscle group you can't. You have to close the app and reopen to choose another muscle group. Don't waste your $1.
Informative gym helper
Very informative. The interactive muscle map selection thing allows people to target on different muscle groups. Great for beginners.
Too little for a pay app.
This app does not have exercise for target muscle groups, just general muscle groups. Also, it would be more believable if the person demonstrating the exercises had dome muscle on him.
