Almost perfect

I have gone through 5k then 10k and am almost done with 10k pacer. These programs have really helped me improve my running. I often have to repeat steps before I can move on, but it is motivating. My only wishes are that it allowed for longer for the 10k, I can't run it in one hour. It would be nice to have an option to "add on" steps. Also, for the cues I wish it announced how much time, like "start running for 10 minutes". Often my phone is not visible and I'd like to know how far. But these are minor points. I love it.

An essential tool

I have plateaued at the same mile/minute pace for nearly a year. After 4 weeks of this program, I've shaved 45 seconds off my mile/minute pace! Totally awesome!

5 weeks into the program

I am def seeing an improvement in my pace. Very encouraging.
