In order to walk, one must first crawl. And to get us to marathon runner, we’ve hired a crack team of developers and designers dedicated to regularly updating and adding to your 17hats mobile experience.
One of our developers has even taken it upon himself to just move into the office. Dedication? Or perhaps coincidental change in relationship status? (Either way, Steve, you should call your wife).

So incredibly disappointed
As a photographer most of my appointments and scheduling are done over the phone not at my desk. Spoke to your tech-support which has instructed me that this is only for looking at your projects and leads. Then why are you attempting to make it possible to put in new appointments send templates etc. I put in one date I put in one time and it does not go in the way I put it. Your customer service just chalking this up to well it is what it is is unacceptable. Trying to use 17 hats on any browser on a mobile phone is also impossible. Again customer service does nothing to fix the problem. This is cost a lot of money for a yearly subscription. I expect it to work no matter where I am not just sitting at my desk. If this was developed by an actual photographer I find it very hard to believe that a mobile device is not functioning even better than a desktop should
Great program, no customer service
I loved this program, and used it for a business I ran (Really did help with everything). However, their customer service is non-existent. I closed my account back in December, and they kept charging my checking account without my knowledge. It got so bad that the bank charged off my account and sent me to collections! I’m in the process of disputing the charges/bad marks on my chexsystems report, but this shouldn’t have happened to begin with. At the very least give us a phone number for a human to talk to (Could’ve been resolved in a few min), but no - it had to get this far. I tried emailing them via their ‘contact us’ form and never got a reply.
Fix your customer service if you’re a business friendly company!
Love it but then hated it
Love the app and 17hats. Has many great features that makes my job even easier to work with on 17hats...but this app got some major issues with bugs, glitches, crashes, stability, the list goes on and can make you very upset when using this app. So be warned, any info you input in this app, might disappear or cant input for some reason. Then the app will crash when you do too much. Until they fix the multiple issues, only use this to view information and not input information
