Nice workout for beginners
This is a great workout if you are starting from ground zero shape like me! You can vary it according to the shape you are in. I like it!
I am getting up there in age (almost 50) 😟and have a few medical issues and this has allowed me to exercise again.
This is perfect for beginners!
