i love this app because it is just what i needed to start working out again ...BUT..i had to pause it for a second because i needed to do something for my son i was gone two seconds and when i pressed play it continued on..HOWEVER..i started feeling like it was taking longer than usual and low and behold when it was over i went to check my history and it said i did three workouts today so just be cautious if u have to pause because for a beginner that could be a bad thing if you aren't paying attention
This is the App I was looking for
I am not in great physical shape and have been looking for an app to help me get in shape, but most of them have been geared towards people who are even more fit than I am. This app has a level of fitness that meets me where I am, and has helped me get stronger and more fit because I've been able to stay with it. It's changed the way I look at exercise.
I am very lazy but I do the beginner 20 minute every day in front of the TV. I really enjoy it so much that daily is fine with me. My balance is not very good so I get my husband to help me on certain exercises. However as I continue I find I can do more and it’s easier by the day. Someday I hope to go up another level!
