Fails on IPad


Keep getting the message that I don’t have a subscription which I have. I resubscribe and get the message “you are already a subscriber” (duh!!!). Then I get a message I must Link but I have no idea as to what. I can watch on my IPhone so I press the Link button and nothing happens. What I don’t understand is why this app worked previously. Since very few games are televised this is my only way to watch chosen games. Aggravated? Absolutely. And I see that minor bugs have fixed but apparently the important ones have not been. Zero Stars.

I’m done with this app. It will work for a couple of games then I have to go through the same nonsense: I don’t have a subscription; I go through the process of subscribing to be told I already have a subscription and after logging in and requesting to watch game I am told I need to link with another device (!!!). Why and what do I link to? I press the Link and I get the message there is a problem. The problem is with this App and whatever improvements made to it to make it impossible to use.

Poor functioning with same old problems


Concerned that app rating was “reset” and does not show rating reflective of chronic uncorrected problems noted by reviews. As with others,
1) Asks me to purchase app after login
2) When cancelling purchase, option to restore subscription
3) Then asks to ‘link” devices
4) Nothing happens

Deleting and downloading app and going through steps 1 and 2 above solves problem. Do I really need to do this every time I want to watch a game (occurs on both iPhone and iPad running current iOS)

Continued poor performance, never improvements


2018: The same issues as always are occurring: I have to log back in multiple times during a game to watch the entire thing. No, I’m not “logged into another device” all of a sudden, and no, I didn’t suddenly stop becoming a subscriber mid-game. It’s too bad because I really enjoy watching women’s basketball and want to support the WNBA.

2017: I've taken away a star after yet another game with crappy video for well over half the game and two more times having to log out and back in again to have my League Pass subscription work. So much for enjoying the playoffs. Clearly, no one representing League Pass reads the reviews since these issues have been continuing for years.

Original: I have to log out and back in frequently to be able to see games (this has been the case for the past three seasons), and the video quality has been even worse than usual lately. Interestingly, the commercials are all very clear. I'm considering not paying for a subscription next season if things don't improve.
