Each day receive a 28-minute workout and a meal-plan with snacks, with options to “Swap”, “Drop” or “Shop” any item you don’t like. Make life even easier with a weekly shopping list personalised to your preferences and the tools to track your progress and integrate with Apple HealthKit. Plus, as a part of 28 you will have access to a team of recognised professionals, from nutrition and fitness, through to mindfulness and motivation.

At 28, we are constantly improving the quality of our App and enhancing its features to ensure that you are getting the best experience possible.
