Great motivation to stay on track!

This app is exactly what I was looking for. The grocery checklist is extremely helpful and I love that I can check items off as I go. The support team has been wonderful with answering my questions. This diet definitely challenges your willpower and I'm really not sure I could've gotten through the first 3 days without this app. I was skeptical at first going from an extremely low carb diet to being allowed to eat toast, fruit and ice cream but so far I've lost 4 pounds and extremely motivated to lose more. Highly recommended!

Good App/Good Support

I'm only on day 2 but I like the whole "tell me what to eat and check it off" ease of this app. I had a few questions and the live support was awesome. Definitely worth the money. Cheaper than most "diet" programs! What a good find.

Great guide!

This app is great! It is easy to use an love the grocery list. Only thing this diet is a little different from the 3 day military diet, but achieves the same goal. I love checking off each meal it makes me feel like I am succeeding in my weight loss goals!
