What actually is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is defined as paying attention in the present moment, without judgment. Put another way, Mindfulness is about noticing what is happening around you right now.

Your 3 Minute Mindfulness subscription will automatically renew at the end of each term and your credit card will be charged through your iTunes account. You can turn off auto-renew at any time from your iTunes account settings but refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.

I love this!
I've been looking for a while to find an app that has different breathing patterns/regimes that you can use with your Apple Watch and get haptic feedback to know when to go to the next stage of breathing.
This app does all that, plus it has a lot of other great features for focusing and being mindful (as the title would suggest).
The best part is that I couldn't get it to work right at first, so I contacted the developer and heard back the same day. He pushed out a fix the very next day, and I've asked him about some other things and he's always quick to get back and help me out. I love when apps have good support! This one's on my home page now!
