I love that this app has figured out the best formula to start at the right level and increase the intensity as I increase my strength. I especially appreciate the accountability as well. Awesome Family Challenge

We love this app. Each one in my family is at different fitness level so we love the fact we’re all motivating each other while doing different levels. What a great way for all of us to get back in shape or challenge ourselves to the next level of fitness.

Day 5 and loving it!

I'm really happy with this app. I'm trying to get back in shape and my tummy is a problem area. After the first day, I could feel my abs. At 3 days in I could feel and see a difference. The exercises even have animated illustrations of how to do the exercises. This is awesome!
