Easy to Use and convenient


I love the fact that it gives you the option to select the difficulty and the different body part workout. I am a first time mom with a 6 month old and finding the time to workout is hard. This app gives you the workouts and describes how to do them and even has videos. I have been using the app at night once my baby goes to sleep and I love it. I don't feel lost. It's all there! I love the detail of every workout. I LOVE THIS APP!

Basic app for busy person who need just a little time to exercise. It's have all the feature for easy, medium, and hard. Also, they have feature for Full body or specific area that you want to workout. You should try it for yourself, it's free and there is no in app purchase or whatsoever. Great app and can still be made better

Legit halo

It works good groups of muscles but it should get updated with exercises that work harder to strengthen muscles like your ankles, wrists etc.
Should also include works out for shoulders and back, and continue to add more to keep working on groups. I enjoy the meal planner and grocery list and that is a great help for people. Just a few improvements is all keep up the great work
