Report and track issues, concerns or compliments of city services using location based technology with the option to include a photo or video. Issues that require immediate attention should be reported by calling 311 or 709-754-CITY (2489).

Version 2.0.2

Version 2.0 is a whole new app! We've gone back to the beginning this time and re-wrote our entire app from scratch, taking advantage of more modern frameworks. Along with significant speed and performance enhancements, you'll also now be able to fully manage your personal account, including:

- Updating your email
- Uploading/changing your profile image
- Changing your screen name
- Resetting your password
- Management of your address book

We've also introduced a full suite of notifications. You can now manage the type of communication you receive as well as how you'd like to receive it. With the inclusion of our new address book, you can now get notifications based on location as well as various categories we've set up. Our app's new Notification Center allows you to keep track of all your inbound messages, including status updates for your submitted service requests. You can also setup message alerts to be delivered via email or PUSH notification - it's all up to you!
