Good graphics and gameplay but money grab

The devs created something special with this game and could easily lock up the best MMO out there for mobile gaming hands down, but the game falls short due to in app purchases. $100 will get you a weekend of items which is exactly how they want it. Once you grind your way to level 200+ (and it is a grind trust me), you will either wind up camping bosses for hours or camping the next quest. The content in the game is severely lacking, simply not enough here to keep a steady stream of people fully engaged for an extended period of time. The game has a lot of updates, but they wind up being seasonal events that once again require spending more money for the new fashion or gear that made the last event items obsolete within a few short months. Tons of drama from both children and adults alike and most of it is money or ignorance based. I met some great people, had some fun for a while but in the end it is a time and money sucking game that could be much better with a little more effort. There is no solo play or at least rewarding solo play, the game is clan or team based and if you are not social it turns into an isolation fest. Hopefully the devs wake up and listen to the player base, but at some point something else will come along and take its place.

Stale content and unresponsive developers

If you've ever played a good MMORPG (like WoW or Everquest) and have been banned for abuse, this is the game for you! The game is full of children who like nothing more than to mouth off and harass others. The game company has no desire to police the game making it unbearable at times. There are no repercussions for anything, whether it's abusive language, racial slurs, harassment, non-stop griefing/bullying, scamming of other players or exploiting glitches in the game to get free premium content.
I've played this game since shortly after it was released, and to be honest very little has changed. It's the same boring content with different graphics. Over and over. Endless camping and boring leveling. And if you don't spend (no exaggeration) thousands of dollars to buy in-game platinum you will quickly fall behind. You could always find someone to teach you how to "play-glitch" to get free platinum to buy premium items. Have no fear, if you get caught, worst you would get is a 24 hour suspension (the lack of policing the game extends to stealing from the company. Otm refuses to admit it happens).
The only reason this game still exists is because there isn't another game comparable to offer competition.
Before investing too much time and money into this repetitive game, consider waiting for something better to come along.

I have played for four years, here is what I have to say.

This game has changed drastically over the years but one thing that made it go from five to two stars is a simple thing. This game went from a fair, interesting, reasonable game to a freemium piece of crap. The game doesn't have a level cap which seems awesome until you realize at level 140 or so you need an item you buy with real life cash just to level up. Even then it takes 45 minutes, with a friend. Now imagine how crazy that sounds, with the idea that some people are level 220. Back in 2012 one person ruled a lot of gwydion (a server). Seems impressive until you realize she had spent 2000 real life US dollars. Not only has this game become more about cash support has been less caring of the community. The reason most people give it five stars is they are so quick to rate. If you get to level 200 or 150 even 100 and you still say this is a five star game either you've been brain washed or you are supremely wealthy. No other answers.
