I am so out of shape, I am 44 with youngest being two years old. I have a full-time job and zero time. If I can take 10 minutes and select the kind of exercise I want to do, be it for weight loss or yoga if I am too tired, I know these are effective. I don’t have to be creative or dress up for the gym. This is my little personal trainer for my fee spare minutes in the morning

This app is easy to use. I like that it has different options depending on where a person wants to focus their workout, that it has a timer for each duration, and that each session is only 5 min. I wish there were more options on the free version. That's my reasoning for the for stars instead of five.

Easy to do work outs quickly at home and different things every day. As I constantly have a busy schedule , this is quick and easy but also efficient. 10/10 Recommend !
