Love it!

I really love having the choice of which section of my body I want to work out each day. I love that each one is only 5 minutes long and that they change exercises up on alternate days. I couldn’t give it 5 stars since I’ve tried over and over to upgrade and the app just won’t let me. But I still love it and it’s not costing me a penny and I still get my little workouts. As someone who doesn’t have the time or desire to go to the gym, this is perfect.

I am so out of shape, I am 44 with youngest being two years old. I have a full-time job and zero time. If I can take 10 minutes and select the kind of exercise I want to do, be it for weight loss or yoga if I am too tired, I know these are effective. I don’t have to be creative or dress up for the gym. This is my little personal trainer for my fee spare minutes in the morning

I am so glad I found an app like this! I have been wondering for the past year how I would be able to get stronger, and this app really lets me do that by starting of slow and advancing. It is also a low pressure app so you only need to do as many reps or seconds as you can do, it doesn’t force you to do an exact amount, which is awesome! Thank you
