Love this app!

Are used to do yoga all the time and fell out of practice. Because of the variety of poses and the short timeframe, it is helping resparked my love for yoga. Easy to do at work, in the morning, before bed. And you can always do multiple sessions if you want to do more than five minutes. Highly recommend! Plus it does NOT come with music, most apps have annoying ambient music, so with this I can play my own.

Great little app!

I try to do a little session every hour or so throughout my workday, to help me keep stretching and moving. It's fast, it's simple, and the directions are really clear, although a note to those who've never done yoga: You might run into one or two poses you might not be certain how to perform, but the vast majority are really simple and easy for beginners. Recommended

Great app!

I'm new to yoga and just had a baby so this is a great way to fit in a bit of yoga into my day. I like that it lets you start the timer with each pose so you can read the instructions and get yourself into the position before starting the time. Great app!
