StrongFirst makes training efficiently and effectively simple – and fun, whether you've started work for the first time or you are an experienced kettlebell user.

Choose a workout, fire up your music, and Mark will take it from here, providing real-time audio coaching every step of the way.

Great app

Love the kettle bell work outs. I like that it allows me to play my music and softens it when new instructions are given. Just wish the videos were embedded into the app so I don't have to go to a website to view them.

Did NOT fix the problem

Still does not connect to the HRM. The PEAR app and phone do but 5.11/StrongFirst cannot.
