Now I'm Motivated!

I absolutely love this app! I have hoping someone would create something like this to help individuals get back into cardiovascular & physical shape. I'm working with Myfitnesspal in regards to my caloric intake and Run5k to help burn calories. I have lower back pain but find that the interval walk & run works for me and it is motivating me to not only stretch but to do some strength exercises after stretching like gentle abdominal crunches and gentle push-up where knees are bent and feet crossed. I enjoy the company of the voice of instruction and letting me know that I'm half way through and the end of workout congrats and reminder to stretch! I will review again when I get to the 5k mark. Will you be creating a 10k interval program as well? So excited and motivated to meet my personal goals now!

Wow - I’m actually doing it!

Every time I’ve started an exercise program, I go full throttle for the first two days, end up spraining/injuring myself, and then I stop. 5K is great as it ramps you up and great for anybody that’s willing to commit! Start the app, start walking, and you’ll hear a voice when its time to switch it up (run/walk). Once you’re done you have the option to post your accomplishment on Facebook or Twitter, and the app keeps a log of your achievements. Totally worth it - highly recommend!

Love this app!! But a few minor errors

I LOVE this app! It motivates me to keep it up and I am on week 3 and can already see great improvements in my running! I'm so excited to run a 5k at the end of the summer!
The issues I have with the app is that it doesn't calculate distance and also that if you have your music up loud the voice is extremely low telling you directions. I still use the beep but I would like the voice problem to be fixed. I also love how if your phone locks it gives you notifications.
Overall worth the price and I love this app!
