Out of shape mom
After having 2 kids and putting my family and work before myself I have gained about 40 pounds. After finding out about this app, I decided to sign myself up for a 5k and use this tool as a motivator. I like that I can listen to Pandora while working out. Music is important to use since it is silent in between each section of the workout. After my first week I definitely feel it's something I can do. I AM VERY OUT OF SHAPE! I wish it had some encouraging words during the workout and had the ability to track distance. Overall, good for someone starting out.
Changing my exercise life!
I have been using this app and have gone from my couch to exercising every other day. It takes the guessing out and basically tells you to run or walk while playing your music. It keeps track for you and you control the power to decide if u need to redo a day or a week. I love it!
So, I planned on starting to run to start getting healthier. Seems like a good app to start with, I was recommended it and I figured, why not? But in the current version that i'm writing this, there seems to be a few bugs in the app. I am not sure if it is because i'm using a 5S iPhone or not but the app seems to crash when going in and out of menus. Other than that it's very helpful and handy.
