Nice fitness app!

I have been looking for some app which can help me follow a regular fitness exercise everyday. I am quite busy with my work, I can only use small pieces of time to do the exercise. This app provides free training programs of just 7 minutes, and has a reminder function. It is a lot easier to stick to the training plan. And the training program covers abs, legs, and arms, which is pretty cool. However, the first-time app launch tutorial is a bit confusing, hope that the developers can improve it over the time. But thx a lot for developing this app!



The app is great...the pop up ads all day long are obnoxious


App won’t open after update
