7 Minute Fit Workout uses the popular 7-minute scientific workout described in the American College of Sports Medicine's Health and Fitness Journal and highlighted in The New York Times.

This workout is perfect for people who don't have a lot of time to work out, but want to get or stay fit.
You can do this workout anywhere using only your body weight, a chair, and a wall.

Ratings and Reviews
I purchased this app because it indicated it had "voice cues". There was only silence. The developer indicated I should "make sure the ringer was not set to vibrate" and advised me not to "turn off the screen or switch to another app". I was using an iPad and there is no vibrate ringer. I didn't switch screens or apps. This software has a bug.
Update is improved
The update is improved in providing more time management information during each exercise interval. The exercise icons are now animated so you can see the exercise if you watch the screen. These are all pretty good updates. The cost is a slightly less-legible time digit and narrower clock sweep display, and a bit more battery drain. The new time divisions are every 10 seconds in the 30 second intervals plus the countdown from 3 seconds at the end. The reminder of the next exercise remains at the beginning of each "rest" interval; which really means you are setting up for the next exercise. Welcome to high intensity exercise. This new update also includes the ability to add a few extra seconds to the rest interval for those needing/wanting it; just remember each second is reducing the intensity of this exercise. I'll underscore here again that while this is a 7 minute circuit, you really need to go the full 3 circuits to get a truly meaningful workout. I'd like to see the option to add more circuits to the workout in the next update. Also, while the audio and video are improved, the lead-in audio to the workout should announce the jumping jacks prior to starting the clock. I'm loving the app. I'm now up to half of the push ups from toes and half from knees…making progress!
