Quick but challenging for this busy mom! Love!!
I love the fact that I can listen to my music and do my workout with just my phone and I don’t have to look at it. Just listen. So efficient! I am a fulltime mom and work fulltime! I love my family, and job and so that doesn’t make much time for quality workouts to take care of myself. I believe if you don’t use what you have, you’ll lose it and I am talking physical! I can’t stop my age, but I don’t have to feel my age! Great app!!!
So Far So Good
I’ve had this app on my phone for a few weeks, but never got around to using it. This morning I woke up and said something has to change so I opened the app and took a crack at the 10 min HIIT. Let’s just say that I’m currently sitting on the floor hot, shiny, and breathing heavy as I write this review. Excited to see changes that should occur if I stick to this daily.
I’ve only been trying it for a couple of days, but it seems to be a great system for aerobics, I’m having to catch my breath at the end of 4 minutes when running a mile wouldn’t do much to me. I imagine as I get better the exercise will level with me (faster pushups, whatever) looking forward to being in good enough shape to try he longer workouts.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
