Changed my world
I am 57 and have plantars fasciitis and am currently unable to walk for exercise. I use this app every day (with modifications for foot-impact exercises), and it has helped keep me among the quick. If you are doing nothing now, do at least this. Good interactive feedback and historical record keeping. Best bang for buck I’ve seen in a while.
Watch app crashes and no health sync
I really do love this app and keep returning to it, however after the long overdue update still no syncing with the health app. Also Watch app crashes. It starts the workout on the phone but crashes on the watch. Will continue to keep an eye on the updates to se if these are remedied. Until then, sorry but 2 stars.
Favorite 7 min app
Has best variety of routines of all the HICT apps available and the ‘half way there’ reminder is nice. Glad to get the bugs fixed.
