This is my favorite 7 minute workout app!
This app is my favorite 7 minute workout. I was growing sad as the iOS 11 release date approached, since the app hadn't been updated in ages and was due to stop working. Today they updated it! Hooray!
Feature request: the 7 Minute Workout Alarm Clock. It wakes you up with, "Next up, Jumping Jacks. In 3, 2, 1... Begin! Jumping Jacks!" In the time another alarm clock gives you to snooze, you'll have finished your workout.
Changed my life
As I write this, I have worked out (for at least one 7-minute cycle) every single day for the past 615 days. Thanks to this app, I can find time to workout every day, no matter where I am. I've used it in hotels and parks all over the world. As soon as I hit send on this review, I'm going to work out for the 616th day in a row, and I have no plans to stop.
I have been using this app for almost 2 years now. I don't like gyms and am rather lazy but I can scrape together 7 mins before work each morning. I've gained a ton of strength and have got more fit from doing the routine (and other dietary changes etc). The app never crashes and the format is perfect for my needs. Would recommend to anyone, and have.
