Great warm-up & exercise app

Wanting to be more consistent with your (hopefully) daily exercise routine? This app is great for doing a quick workout in the morning before you hop in the shower (there's always time for 7 minutes) and has enough variety in the bonus workouts to keep it fun even when you do it every day. Commit to doing just ONE full 7-min cycle each morning and you'll see and feel the differences quickly... and you can always do multiple cycles to pump up your workout when you feel like it. Do it!

Incredible App

This app is awesome! It shows you how to do all the exercises and it gives you a small achievements with every workout that you do even with what time of day that you do them. If you have a short amount of time only do a seven minute workout but if you have more time you can increase the amount of circuits that you do. This app really works because if you give your all to each exercise you'll really feel it. With one 14 minute work out in sweater than a full hour long gym workout!

Perfect for busy people

Whenever I come home at night I'm usually too tired to do anything, let alone work out. This app has changed that for me though. Very easy to use and the exercises are challenging but become more and more do-able over time. I only use it a few times a week so I haven't lost weight, but my posture has improved a ton! It makes a huge difference in how I carry myself and that alone is a great reason for me to continue using this.
