One size does not fit all so we took the principles of this fast and effective workout and tuned it so it could fit anyone's needs. Some people may find the original 7 Minute Workout too hard while others may find it too boring. We fine tuned this workout so anyone can get a safe, effective, and challenging workout, no matter their fitness level in just 7 minutes!

Great little workout
Updated review drops stars because I can no longer use my own music to work out with Lolo workout apps. I find it very frustrating. My workaround is to have the music going on my iPad and the app going on my phone. Very disappointed in the updates.
I do my main working out in the mornings but was looking for something pretty quick for the evenings. This app is perfect. It's a seven minute workout. It takes about 10 minutes and burns about 70 calories. Every day is a different set of exercises for 30 seconds each. There is a little video you can watch to see how to perform the exercises and you can also set it up to use the equipment you have available. You can change those settings in case you are traveling.
Can do this
Greats 7 min workout --- on day 3 and can already feel it. Was having a hard time finding time for a workout. With this workout, I can make 7 minutes. I like how you can customize it to equipment you have on hand. Excited to see the results in 30 days...plan on keeping this as a daily routine.
Music BPM adjusts
I'm only on day 2, but that's 2 days longer than I stick with most of my workout ideas! They let you add your own music playlist and then pump up the tempo for cardio options and slow it down for strength. It's only 30s per exercise and they give you 10s to get ready in between. There are 3 starting fitness levels- beginner, intermediate, and advanced. You tell it what equipment you have and it adjusts. Also, the workout it slightly different every day!
