When there is only little time to workout...
We all have busy lives, and unfortunately getting in a workout is what gets cut. With the help of this app, 7 minutes in the morning before work gets my day started right. If I have time later to go for a run or hit the gym, I still do, but when that time doesn't exist, at least I got in a quick, effective workout in the morning!
Interesting little app
Not into paying for quick workouts? Then this app might suite u. The exercises are easy to execute, work for all body types, and take no time at all. The videos are good quality as well which adds to the appeal. I won't be upgrading so I can't say if the added features are worth it but the app is worth checking out if you're looking for a fast easy workout in the go.

With this app, you can no longer make the excuse that you "don't have time" for a workout. 7 minutes is easy. You can do it right before bed, as soon as you get up, or even on your lunch break at work. Definite recommend.
