Great Little App

Very nice app to get on a quick workout when super busy. I use the Ab circuit the most.

So far so good

I've had the app for roughly three weeks. The concept of a 7min workout is obviously enticing for time's sake--it's hard to excuse yourself out of a mere 7 minutes. It would just be nice if there was some variation in the workout. There are other workouts on the app like yoga or abs, but I like the full body one and it would be nice if there was at least one alternative workout so I can switch it up a bit. Otherwise the tracking system is pretty cool. The design of the app is clean and intuitive.

Great but a slight request

Is there any way to transfer my progress (achievements, streaks, records) onto my new phone? Apple to apple?
