Just what I need


I downloaded several seven minute workout apps, and this one is the best for me so far. Some I erased shortly after download because there was no content without signing up for a (free) account, others don’t work without internet connectivity, and some simply incorporate exercises unfriendly to my current physiology (too much jumping). This one works offline, has good video and audio cues (other than not announcing the very first exercises before it starts, all others have an announcement and a countdown que), no ads or subscriptions, and three workouts - two of which have been added to my daily standard (quick 7 and the abs workout). Pretty darn amazing for a free app.

Meets my expectations


This is a great little workout series. I have tried every one except the yoga one. I have not been disappointed. I do a workout everyday before going to work. The workouts are short, even though my body says that I should quit because it seems long when you are doing it. I have lots of energy during the day. Perseverance is key. I don't beat myself up if I miss a day. I just keep motivated to do my best the next day. The best thing about this workout is that I don't need to spend a lot of time trying to figure out when I can do it. I have 4 and 7 minutes to spare everyday. Thank you guys for developing this!

I’ve been consistently underwhelmed when I’ve tried similar and competing apps, but Quick Fit is terrific. It provides timed and guided exercises, just like at my gym with my trainer. The mild encouragement is subtle and makes me smile, but the workout is for real. I repeat each sequence two to four times, depending on how much time I have and if I’m adding any other exercise, like strength or cardio, that day, and it’s every bit the workout I get at the gym. Great substitute when I’m on the road or can’t get to the gym.
